Iranian ‘Retouch’ marks new int’l success

Iranian film ‘Retouch’ directed by Kaveh Mazaheri has won the Jury Award at the 35th Tous Courts (All Short) Festival in France.

‘Retouch’ won the award at the festival’s 35th edition organized from November 27 to December 2nd, 2017 in the French city of Aix-en-Provence.

‘Retouch’ depicts the story of a young woman whose husband dies before her eyes and she just observes the tragic scene.

The film has so far participated in many international film festivals, winning many awards and nominations.

The acclaimed short film had also won the Audience Award at the Portuguese film festival of 'Vila do Conde'.

The Festival Tous Court is an international short film festival divided in 2 competition sections: the international short film competition and the experimental short film competition.
